about THE FACTORY

Ask anyone who knows him and they’ll tell you that Charlie is a foodie at heart, passionate about gelato he has been face-first in manufacturing it for 32 years. A testament to his Italian culture the first gelateria he ever opened was in Sydney’s Italian heart – Leichhardt. This was all it took for word to spread and before he knew it he was supplying eclectic desserts to some of Sydney’s finest function houses and restaurants. Years of award winning ensued - and continue - at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. More recently you can find Charlie working away at his next weird and wacky flavour in Revesby, letting his imagination flare into the beautiful creation which is gelato.


THE PRODUCT

Charlie is a strong advocate in believing that gelato really can be served anywhere, anytime which is why we offer it in all shapes and sizes, for all events and purposes including but not limited to: Custom cakes and desserts, 1 litre and 5 litre tubs, Custom experimental flavours, Mini gelato cones, Individual gelato pops, By the scoop, In scones, ‘tacos’ and more.

Yeah we already said it, but Charlie really does believe everyone should be able to experience the greatness of gelato and he works hard to make sure you can find us in wholesale form at restaurants, cafes, fundraising events and markets around Sydney.
